Muscle & Fitness is an American bodybuilding magazine founded by Joe Weider, but now published by American Media, Inc.

Muscle & Fitness has a more mainstream focus than its companion publication, Flex. It offers many exercise and nutritional tips, while at the same time advertising a variety of nutritional supplements from companies like BSN, and others.

Many professional bodybuilders are featured in M&F’s monthly issues, like Ronnie Coleman, Gustavo Badell, Darrem Charles, Sagi Kalev, and current Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler.
